Coach Kat Edwards

Kat has been a competitive runner for 12 years, first in Track and Cross Country and now focusing on ultra-marathons. Cycling and triathlon have both been a huge part of her training and goals amidst running and crossfit.

Kat has been coaching performance training on both a Personal Training and group class level for over two years. She is USA Weight Lifting Level 1 and Performance Nutrition Level 1 certified, as well as having just earned her Master Health Coach certification. She has been nutrition coaching for almost 2 years.
